Terms of Sale

Please take your time reading our terms of sale carefully before proceeding with your membership purchase. By placing an order from the ECMA website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale. All ECMA products are priced in Canadian Dollars. Payments are only accepted in Canadian Dollars. To place an order on line you must purchase with a valid credit card or via PayPal.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

ECMA has a no refund policy on membership fees. If you wish to cancel your subscription after your membership expiry date has passed, you may simply leave your account dormant. No cancellation action is necessary. The account will be put into a frozen/inactive state, and if you choose to renew at a later date you are welcome to do so with your same login information.

Privacy Policy

The ECMA respects your privacy. We will never share, distribute or sell your e-mail address or other personal information with any outside party except in certain circumstances:

  • To verify your payments with our payment processing partners.
  • When required by law, or when there is evidence of copyright infringement.
