Eastlink East Coast Music Week (ECMW) welcomes reporters, journalists, news teams and production units from Atlantic Canada, nationally and internationally to cover the event March 6-10, 2013 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The Media Pass provides priority access to Official & Partner Stages, Industry Conference and Molson Canadian Late Night.
Major media outlets should limit their accreditation requests to four (4) media passes. Other passes may be issued upon request.
Smaller media outlets will be limited to two (2) media passes; however, additional passes may be made available upon request.
University radio and publications can submit for a maximum of two (2) passes each. Other passes may be issued upon request.
Freelancers will be accredited only if they have a letter of interest from the senior editor of a recognized media outlet. The editor need not commit to the freelancer but should provide an indication that they will consider the story idea or ideas. Freelancers with a proven track record may submit three (3) music industry-related stories published within the last two years from recognized publications in lieu of this letter.
To seek media accreditation for the event, please fill out the media accreditation form before February 8, 2013.

o Industry Awards Brunch (Saturday, March 9, 2013 / standing room only)
o A Sound Celebration with Symphony Nova Scotia (Saturday, March 9, 2013)
o Songwriters’ Circle (Sunday, March 10, 2013)
o East Coast Music Awards (Sunday, March 10, 2013)
Media will be advised of accreditation status by February 15, 2013.
