Music & Image One on One Meetings Now Open for Submissions

The one-on-one meeting request form is now LIVE!

International music industry professionals and buyers have traveled from across Canada, USA and UK to take part in this year's Music & Image One-on-One Meeting sessions. Export-ready artists, artist managers and representatives are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to meet with high-profile film, TV and marketing industry professionals. These 15-minute sessions have been crafted to allow export-ready artist and representatives face-to-face meetings with these industry players, including buyers, music supervisors, publishers and film producers.  There will also be scheduled networking events and the M&I Roundtable Mixer session, arranged to facilitate the development of contacts and building of relationships within the industry throughout the Music & Image Conference from Thursday September 15 until Sunday September 18. *Participants will be requested to check in 10 minutes prior to their first pre-scheduled one-on-one meeting.

**Please review all delegate bios/background information thoroughly before requesting your one-on-one meetings (maximum 8 meetings per artist/representative) to ensure youchoose those who are a "good fit" for your genre of music and reflect your career goals.

Criteria

Open to export-ready artists, managers, artist representatives, composers, labels and companies.

 

  • Must have professional press kit/bio/web presence
  • Must have released at least one professionally manufactured CD
  • Must have professional marketing plan/ business plan
  • Must have attended an Export Readiness Training Workshop / exporting experience
  • Must be an ECMA member in good standing


Cost

Participants MUST be a registered delegate of the Music & Image Conference.
