Radio ECMA and the Opportunity Stage
For over 10 years, Radio ECMA has been providing a broadcasting platform supporting the showcasing artists and nominees during Eastlink East Coast Music Week. Radio ECMA is the constant pulse that celebrates everything Eastlink East Coast Music Week – interviews with delegates, artists and more, live performances, updates, festival highlights, and 100% East Coast music from the nominees and showcasing artists.
Radio ECMA 2013 will be produced live, in the center of all the action, in the lobby at the Delta Halifax. In conjunction with the East Coast Music Association, Radio & Television Arts students from the Nova Scotia Community College will be hosting live performances and interviews with musicians, industry professionals, and more. From Wednesday, March 6 at noon until Sunday, March 10 at noon, Radio ECMA is there for your listening pleasure 24 hours a day, right from the Delta Lobby!
The Opportunity Stage, located adjacent to the broadcasting kiosk takes on a life of its own, becoming one of the central "sneak peak" performance stages for Eastlink East Coast Music Week. This Opportunity Stage truly means OPPORTUNITY, front and center. In 2012, over 60 performers gave it their all on this stage bringing music to audiences across Moncton.
