Billy is the Project Manager of The North American Indigenous Games coming to Halifax in the Summer of 2023. With over 15 years creating and facilitating events with HFX Events, he’s been responsible for creating festivals like Hopscotch, Vibrancy and the 2022 Winner for Festival of the Year “The Grand Oasis”. With a focus on progressing Hip Hop and Electronic music in our Downtown Core, he is committed to proving to the rest of the world that we are more than Fiddles and Bag Pipes. But he’s also always down for a Kitchen Party in the heat of the moment!
