Fränder & Vänner Folkmusikfestival is the result of the band FRÄNDER wanting to give Sweden a folk music festival different to the others. International, diverse, exciting, a clear nordic feel yet full of surprises. Lúnasa, Folk & Rackare, Frigg, Bazar Blå Ale Möller and of course FRÄNDER have played the festival. The fourth edition of Frender & Vänner Folk Music Festival takes place in the heart of Uppsala Stadsträdgård, twice a year in the summer and winter.
