Genevieve (Genny) DeMerchant is a classically trained singer who grew up playing the violin and piano and has a deep love of the live performing arts. Prior to starting the agency, Genny spent 15 years in arts marketing and programming, working in a broad range of organizations from a symphony to producing theatre and performing arts centres. Her last role prior to the agency was Chief Marketing Officer for a 2000 cap presenting house, the Centre in the Square, Kitchener. Approaching bookings with this experience on both sides of the table, Genny aims to facilitate a long term relationship between artists and promoters, ensuring that both are understood and supported from contract to curtain.
