Geoff Cass is the owner of Red Bird, a new live music space in Ottawa that opened in February of 2022. Red Bird is a music school with private and group lessons, community programming and performances. The Red Bird offers an 80-seat intimate listening room style venue serving local and touring folk, blues and Americana acts.They have hosted fine East Coaster artists including Adam Baldwin, Charlie A'Court, Rum Ragged, Ian Sherwood, Villages, Mike Biggar and more, and other notable touring artists such as Gary Louris, Kathleen Edwards, Julian Taylor, Aysanabee, Stephane Wrembel and Devin Cuddy.
