Joe Heap is the Director of Towersey Festival, the oldest independent festival in the UK with a ticket sale of around 10,000. He is the principle programmer for this event as well as working closely with other UK festivals through his work as a consultant and freelancer. Joe has worked in the arts sector for over 30 years as a record producer, promoter, singer and actor. He works as a festival consultant with TicketSellers (UK) and as a Co-Active trained executive coach for the creative industries. The 2023 Towersey Festival takes place August 25-28.
