Josh Ellis is the Executive Director of the PEI Mutual Festival of Small Halls. As multi-instrumentalist and songwriter he toured the world and has the bags under his eyes to prove it. His latest venture is Lot 31 Management which specializes in event production and marketing. The projects he manages are roots music focused, with dabs of storytelling, dance, and comedy. He is always looking for new music and exciting opportunities.
