Karen is the co-founder and executive director of Kemptville Live Festival in Kemptville, Ontario. The non-profit corporation was founded in 2014 with a first annual production presented in July 2015. The event draws 25,000 patrons over 4 days of programming and showcases multi-genres from folk/roots, jazz, blues to classic rock and country. Over six editions, Kemptville Live Music Festival has had the honour of hosting many fine up and coming Canadian artists as well as award winning iconic artists including Burton Cummings, Randy Bachman, George Thorogood, The Beach Boys, Gordon Lightfoot, Jann Arden, Dwight Yoakum, Steve Earle, Blue Rodeo, Colin James, Tom Cochrane, Glass Tiger, April Wine, Loverboy, Trooper and so many more. The 2023 Kemptville Live Music Festival takes place July 20-23.
