Neil is an artist manager and artist development specialist working in the UK and North America, with a particular interest in singer/songwriter, folk, and the wider roots genres. He manages The Small Glories, John Smith, and Rachel Baiman, as well as working on specific projects with a range of artists and organizations including Tara MacLean, Son of Town Hall, MusicPEI, and more. In addition to this, he programs the UK showcase room at Folk Alliance, and works with all the British artists attending annually. Neil is the programmer for a 105 capacity small arts centre in Shrewsbury, and before Sounds Just Fine programmed both a large festival, and a significant London venue for 7+ years.
