Ryan Van Gennip has extensive experience in the music industry, wearing multiple hats over the past 25 years. He is a founding director of Rhythm Section (RS), a music company specializing in blues, roots and folk music and provides touring, marketing and content creation services. Ryan is also the worldwide manager and agent for the Australian metal band Sunk Loto and founding co-director of the Australian Music Week (AMW), where he served as the marketing and production manager for the conference event. In addition to his business ventures, Ryan has a background as a studio and touring musician, having performed both nationally and internationally with several artists. He founded Sky Valley Studio in the Blue Mountains of NSW in 2014, which has recorded with notable artists such as Lachy Doley, Cass Eager, Marshall Okell, Claude Hay, and Chase The Sun.
