Sue Urquhart is the Executive Director of CAPACOA, the Canadian Association of the Performing Arts. CAPACOA is the national organization that serves the performing arts touring and presenting community through its commitment to integrate the performing arts into the lives of all Canadians. She has more than 25 years of experience from a wide range of management positions in the performing arts. Most recently Sue was the Director of Programming for PEI 2014 Inc., the organization responsible for the planning, promotion and implementation of the Sesquicentennial celebrations for that province. She was the first Executive Director of both the Atlantic Presenters Association, the regional presenting network of Atlantic Canada, and the Indian River Festival, a highly successful classical music festival in rural Prince Edward Island.
