Baylen Leonard is the Creative Director of The Long Road Festival, an annual three-day event held at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire, UK. The festival is renowned for its stellar lineup of country, Americana, and roots music across multiple stages, as well as its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, diverse lineup of artists and activities. The 2025 Long Road Festival will take place from August 22-24.

Baylen is a key broadcaster on Absolute Radio Country, where he hosts his long-running Americana and Roots show, The Front Porch, airing six days a week. He is also the voice behind the popular Country Music Talk podcast, where he interviews top country music stars, and presents the UK Country Chart Show. As Head of Music at Hollar Country, Baylen has earned recognition as a two-time CMA International Broadcaster of the Year and is celebrated for introducing diverse new artists to UK radio audiences, often giving them their first-ever airplay.
