
Cat Côté serves as the Artistic Director and General Manager of the Ontario Festival of Small Halls. She has been part of the artistic programming team behind Ottawa Bluesfest since 2006, CityFolk (formerly the Ottawa Folk Festival) since 2011, and now acts in executive management for all three organizations.
