Courtney is currently the Prix MNB Awards and Jury Coordinator at Music/Musique NB and has been active in the east coast music scene for over 20 years. She is a founding organizer of Folly Fest - a three-day music festival that ran for 14 years – and has worked, attended and volunteered at numerous festivals throughout the Maritimes.

She served on the Atlantic Presenters Board for three years and sat on the Local Engagement Committee for the ECMA in 2022. During her time as the Executive Director at Charlotte Street Arts Centre, she secured the funding to develop its performance space – including stage upgrades, a green room and backstage facilities – helping establish it as a vital hub for professional and emerging artists.
