Dustin Parsons is the founder of Steady Entertainment Inc., based in Pasadena, NL—a confident small-town entrepreneur with a big vision. Starting with small living room shows, Dustin quickly scaled to producing large-scale concerts, arena events, and festivals across Newfoundland. A trailblazer during the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the charge in live-streamed entertainment through is MusicNL project "Saltwater Noise", helping keep the arts alive and audiences engaged. His expertise has since made him a trusted consultant for municipalities looking to elevate their events and connect with communities in bold, memorable ways. Steady Entertainment's latest venture "TicketTide", a partnership with NL promoter Brent Mac, is modernizing event sales in Eastern Canada with a platform thats been called the Netflix of Ticketing.

Dustin’s experience in event production is complimented by a robust marketing and promotions background working with every major radio station in Newfoundland, and currently hosts several programs on RogersTV and manages advertising accounts for Newfoundland Broadcasting Inc (NTV/OzFM). Dustin was previously the marketing and events director at Marble Mountain, Atlantic Canada's premier ski resort.

At the ECMAs Dustin hopes to connect with artists and agents who wish to tour in Newfoundland. Steady is currently working with multiple clients and municipalities for festival booking in Western NL (Country, Rock, Blues, Alternative) He also seeks discussions surrounding their exciting new (free to use) ticket platform.
