Gail has built a diverse career in the arts over the past 30 years, working across music, independent film, and theatre in the UK. With expertise in live booking, promotion, event management, programming, and PR, she has collaborated with some of the country's leading arts and music venues, film theatres, and festivals, as well as various local authorities and arts organizations.

After going freelance over 20 years ago, Gail founded Laughing Dog Music, specializing in live booking. The company represents an outstanding roster of talented artists, including Eddi Reader, Kris Drever, Boo Hewerdine, M G Boulter, Brooks Williams, Lucy Farrell, Catherine MacLellan, Withered Hand, The Little Unsaid, Kathryn Williams, Anna Massie, Samantha Whates, Salt House, and Wayward Jane, among others.
