Ian Verge is an audiologist practicing at Maico Hearing Service in St. John’s, NL. His interest in the field of audiology stems from his lifelong love of music and his fascination with the brain. Playing musical instruments since the age of 8 and having a love for sound, along with studying behavioural neuroscience at Memorial University, led Ian to his passion for helping people better their hearing health. Ian completed his Master of Clinical Science in Audiology at Western University in 2020 and was eager to return to practice in his home province. His favourite thing about being an audiologist is keeping up with advancements in hearing technology and being involved in hearing health care advocacy for all.
