James Duffy brings over two decades of experience in the industry, spanning venue programming, festival coordination, event promotion, and tour booking. He joined Nearfield Artists in 2022, where he represents a diverse selection of artists from the UK, Europe, and North America, with a focus on roots, Americana, and folk music. Alongside his agency work, James is also active in promoting events throughout the North of England.

Among the notable artists on the Nearfield roster are internationally recognized acts like Dar Williams, Medusa, Kasai Masai, Clare Sands, The Young’uns, Tara MacLean, Rose Cousins, The Once, The Good Lovelies, and many others.
