Before joining Under the Spire as Executive Director, Jennifer Bartlett was a musician with the Canadian Forces for several years, and spent the last 20 years in Calgary, Alberta, where she worked for the Calgary Board of Education. She was a School Administrator, and a huge advocate of Arts education and funding for the Arts. Jennifer was actively involved in the Cochrane Music Society and played for both ‘Band on the Bow’ as well as a clarinet quartet called ‘The River Reeds.’ In addition to her love of music, Jennifer is a Spoken Word poet, a Speech, Debate, and Model UN Coach, a published writer, and a Stonewall award winner for advocacy in the 2S+LGBTQ community.”

Under the Spire is in a strong position to continue to build for the future and create an ever-evolving legacy of exceptional musical (and magical) experiences for audiences and musicians alike for generations to come. Jennifer is excited to take on her new role as Executive Director of UTS.
