Kerri Stephens has worked in the Canadian music industry for over 20 years, spanning programming, artist development, event planning, and community outreach. She spent nearly a decade at Winnipeg’s West End Cultural Centre in multiple roles including Artistic Director/Associate and Marketing Coordinator. In 2021, she founded Lost Cat Artists, representing and developing artists such as 2025 Juno nominee The Secret Beach, 2025 WCMA winner Leaf Rapids, UK band Supalung, Petunia & The Vipers, Hendrika, and most recently Kelly McMichael and Merrick Winter (UK).

Kerri leads the Manitoba chapter of Women in Music Canada, developing equity-focused initiatives, including co-presenting a live sound training program and co-executive producing the HER (204) recording project for Winnipeg 150. She served on the Artistic Team for 3 seasons at the Winnipeg Folk Festival, and in 2025 became Artistic Director of Northern Lights Festival Boréal in Sudbury. A former touring artist, she continues mentoring musicians through strategy, grant writing and international development initiatives.
