Marty Ballentyne is a program officer with the Canada Council for the Arts, located in Ottawa on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation. Marty has worked for Council since the fall of 2018. A musician/songwriter by practice, Marty also brings years of experience in indigenous media (TV and radio) to his work.
