Meghan has spent nearly two decades working behind the scenes in the East Coast music industry, with a strong foundation in arts administration. After an early foray into artist management, she discovered her true passion in event and festival production—creating unforgettable live experiences and building platforms where artists can thrive.

As President of the Board of Music Nova Scotia (2021-2025), Meghan helped guide the organization through a period of meaningful transformation. With a collaborative and empathetic leadership style, she and the fantastic team at MNS have reshaped the organization into a more inclusive, diverse, and welcoming space—reflected both in its internal culture and in its flagship event, Nova Scotia Music Week. Beyond her board work, Meghan curates live music programming year-round at Bent Ridge Winery, the Windsor, NS winery she owns with her husband. She also serves as Festival Manager for the Halifax Urban Folk Festival, a weeklong celebration of Singers, Songs & Stories.
