
As the Director of Operations and Rentals Coordinator at Under the Spire, Nicole oversees all operational aspects of the organization to ensure seamless execution of concerts and events. Some of the responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, supervising staff, and developing and implementing all aimed at providing a smooth experience for artists, attendees and guests.
Nicole works closely with the board, colleagues, and community on the programming and fundraising committees to curate high quality concert lineups and develop fundraising initiatives to help build organizational sustainability. Before joining Under the Spire 2 years ago, Nicole worked in the post-secondary sector for 17 years specializing in fundraising, marketing, operations, event management and hospitality. She is a life-long music enthusiast, and uses her expertise to create memorable concert experiences for artists and audiences alike.
