Neil is an artist manager and artist development specialist working mainly in the singer/songwriter, Americana, and folk genres. Through Sounds Juse Fine he works with John Smith (UK), Cara Luft (Canada), and Georgia Ruth (Wales) as management clients. He also works with a range of US and Canadian clients on project-based artist and market development. He is currently working on Letters to the Future, as a co-producer alongside Miranda Mulholland, with a UK/Canadian international commission.

Neil is the programmer for The Hive in Shrewsbury, a 105-capacity arts centre, and over the past 9 years has booked artists including Stephen Fearing, Dave Gunning, Joachim Cooder, Laura Cortese, and more. Prior to this he programmed Cecil Sharp House in London for 7 years.
