Nikki is an Employment Facilitator with the Autism@Work program, operating out of TEAMWORK Cooperative in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she supports Autistic and Neurodiverse folks in sustaining employment that matches their skill sets, while helping employers build inclusive and dynamic workplaces. She is a bit of a cheerleader, helping others find their "thing" no matter where they are starting from.

With over a decade of front-line experience in disability support, she has worked across residential, recreational, and employment settings. She is known for her ability to build genuine relationships and connect with people in a way that feels natural. She brings a grounded, community-oriented perspective to her work, and is passionate about challenging systems that don’t serve people well, as well as creating space for voices that are often overlooked.

In her spare time, she can be found making music with her partner, often singing and harmonizing alongside him, taking in local talent and live shows, and getting outside at every opportunity.
