Noelle is a PEI-based arts administrator and musician. works at Under the Spire, where she serves as the organization's concert manager and communications coordinator. Her role at the organization includes season programming, managing concert events, running the organization's social media channels and promoting UTS events. UTS showcases various genres of music - from classical to folk, jazz, choral music and more. The organization's 2025 season will be its 30th Anniversary, and the concert series runs from June to September annually.
