Shauna Walters is Artistic Co-Director, alongside Wendy MacIsaac, of the Celtic Colours International Festival. The festival takes place October 9–17 and presents a diverse range of programming rooted in Celtic and traditional music, including Gaelic, Acadian, and Indigenous traditions, as well as other acoustic forms such as singer-songwriter–driven performances.

In addition to her festival work, Shauna has presented outdoor house concerts for several years, with a focus on singer-songwriters and acoustic instrumentalists. She also led a soft launch of a festival at the Savoy Theatre, again highlighting singer-songwriters as the primary genre. A member of the East Coast music industry for more than thirty years, Shauna has worked extensively behind the scenes on live and televised music events and productions. Her primary roles have included production manager, production coordinator, and talent coordinator. She served as Production Manager for the East Coast Music Awards Gala broadcast from 1996 to 2008 and has been involved with the Celtic Colours International Festival since its inception in 1997.
