Wade Pinhorn is a keyboardist/bassist/composer hailing from St. John's, Newfoundland. His long career has garnered him awards from both MusicNL and ECMA, as well as a coveted JUNO award. Recorded on over 40 albums in his career, Wade is also an accomplished musical director and producer. Past vice-president of MusicNL and past Chair of the ECMA Board of Directors, he has held a seat on the FACTOR National Advisory Board and spent 12 years on College of the North Atlantic's Board of Governors, the college where he has been the Coordinator of the Applied Music program for the past 27 years. Equally comfortable on stage playing Hammond organ with an 11-piece group or simply accompanying a singer on piano in a duo setting, he has performed with a wide range of artists, from Ron Hynes and Figgy Duff to Blues master Roger Howse and the incomparable Kellie Loder, to name a few. Wade is pleased to be part of this important panel on hearing loss in the music industry.
