2022 ECMA Music & Industry Conference
The ECMA Music & Industry Conference is back! The 2022 Conference “Our Music Means Business” is gearing up to be our first in person conference in two years, but with the success of our online programs we will be continuing to offer a hybrid model. Our music means business, no matter where you are. The 2022 Conference will have something for everyone, whether you are new to the music industry or a seasoned musician or representative.
We will continue to offer our anchor programs such as the Music in Motion SYNC Summit and our partnership with Music Managers Forum with the popular Music Managers Mentorship Program. New opportunities this year will include a follow up from our Breaking Down Racial Barriers series, which premiered at last year's conference and concluded at Nova Scotia Music Week, and will be paired with a BDRB mentorship program. ECMA will be increasing it’s francophone offerings with more sessions this year than ever before.
Attendees can also expect a deep dive into discussions around the international market post pandemic and an engaging keynote. If you are joining us in Fredericton, we can offer many in person opportunities for mentorship, networking and training. If travel isn’t in the cards for you this year, a good portion of our sessions will be available online. Lots of sessions yet to be announced, but we are happy to say that our first few sessions are up and available for registration.
