***JP Cormier:..."Bill is truly among the great guitar players to come out of this country. His technicality is stunning, but his true talent is fire. He plays very difficult things with an abandon that thrills audiences. He hollers, he laughs, he mugs for the crowd, all while coaxing things from his instrument that are unexpected and always seem to fit in."
