Duggan International Group acts as a publicist, event manager and international business development agency for music and corporate clients.

Darlene Duggan, president of the Duggan International Group, began working in the entertainment industry as an executive assistant for booking agents and managers, Hudson Productions, focusing on Haywire and other Nova Scotian bands and artists. Darlene later moved to Toronto where she coordinated and hosted fundraisers featuring Maritime music at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern.  She also worked as a publicist for the legendary Gino Empry Entertainment.  The firm’s clients included performers Celine Dion, Roch Voisine, Tony Bennett and Mirvish Productions.   Later she worked for Brockum Canada, the Canadian merchandising arm of BCL Entertainment Corp. (Ballard Cohl Labatt), with sister companies such Donald K. Donald Productions, Concert Productions International (CPI), Perryscope Concerts and The Agency.  Darlene co-managed the Cdn merchandise programs for over 300 bands including the Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi and the Tragically Hip.  She also managed external communications for Brockum head office.
