Jeremy VanSlyke is a music producer and entrepreneur from Fredericton, New Brunswick. He is a member of the piano faculty at the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts in Halifax and his passion for classical music recording led to the 2012 launch of Leaf Music, the first classical music recording label in Atlantic Canada. His chamber music and orchestral recordings have received nominations at the East Coast Music Awards and JUNO Awards.
Jeremy helped produce three seasons of concerts for Symphony Nova Scotia and has also lent his skills as an audio editor and sound designer to television shows including This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Mr. D, Jim Henson's Doozers and The Nature of Things with David Suzuki. Following the completion of music degrees in sound recording and piano performance at McGill University in Montreal, he returned to the maritimes where and has grown Leaf Music into one of the most active classical recording labels in Canada.
