Hazen Halls is the pseudonym for Canadian writer and musician Rick Sparkes' poetry/indie folk recording project. Hazen Halls' forthcoming album, "Our Fires Fade to Candles Vol. 1," includes 10 of Sparkes' award-winning poems and features guest performances from some of the east coast's most talented musicians, including singer/songwriter Nathan Wiley and JUNO Award-winning The East Pointers' Tim Chaisson. The lead single from the album, 'When Boat Painting Becomes a Rescue Mission,' is scheduled for release in July 2022 with the full album due to release in late summer/early fall 2022.
