ECMA Strategic Planning: Work plan & Timeline
ECMA has partnered with 21FSP Advisory Inc. to create our new five-year strategic plan. As this exciting process gets underway, we’d like to share our work plan and timeline, which is already in motion and will continue through 2025.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be reaching out to our community to hear your voices and ideas. Your input will help shape the direction of ECMA and ensure our plan reflects the needs and priorities of the East Coast music scene.
Our goal is simple: to gather broad, meaningful input from across our membership and community to help build a five-year plan that strengthens a thriving, inclusive, and resilient East Coast music industry.
