Darcy has been a part of the Confederation Centre since 1998, taking on various roles before focusing on programming since 2008. The Centre is known for its diverse array of cultural offerings, including multidisciplinary acts from around the globe with a special emphasis on showcasing regional musicians. In addition to hosting musicals and plays, the center runs an extensive art education program covering choral music, dance, visual art, and both visual and performance art camps. Notably, the Confederation Centre Art Gallery boasts one of the largest collections in eastern Canada, featuring over 17,000 items. Darcy's journey reflects the Centre's commitment to fostering artistic talent and enriching the community through the arts.
