WHEN IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS AVAILABLE?
The showcase schedule of performing artists is generally available in February of the year of the event.
WHEN DO THE NOMINEES GET ANNOUNCED?
Nominations for music and industry awards are announced early in the event year (Jan 2024).
WHAT AWARDS ARE PRESENTED AT THE THURSDAY NIGHT AWARD SHOW?

IS THE FESTIVAL ALL AGES?
Many of our events are 19+ but there are a select number of events every year that are family friendly. Be sure to check the schedule (available a few months before the event) for events marked as family friendly.
IS THERE AN ECMA APP?
The ECMA App for iOS and Android will be available closer to the event.
TICKETS & PASSES
WHAT DOES THE FESTIVAL PASS INCLUDE?
From afternoon matinees to evening showcases, the ECMA Festival Pass gives you 5 days of non-stop music and fun.
Priority access (ahead of doors sales) to all 2024 ECMA official stages (subject to capacity)
International conference workshops, keynotes and showcases (subject to capacity; some events require advance registration)
Admission to the East Coast Music Awards Part 2 - Subject to capacity
All events are subject to venue capacity
Must be 19+ to attend for most events
DOES NOT INCLUDE East Coast Music Awards Presented by Rogers or the Songwriters Circle.
CAN I GET A TICKET FOR A SINGLE DAY?
Single days tickets may be available once the schedule is announced later in 2024.
CAN I GET A TICKET FOR JUST ONE SHOWCASE?
Please note that advance tickets are not available for individual events, with the exception of the East Coast Music Awards Presented by Rogers (available here) and Songwriters' Circle (TBA in 2024). Tickets for showcases and other public events may be purchased at the door on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to capacity.
WHAT DOES "SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY" MEAN?
Each venue has a specific capacity that is aloud in the space at any given time (often set by fire safety rules). If at anytime a venue is at capacity, no more passes or door sales will be allowed in. For pass holders, you can simply move onto the next venue.
The nature of these kinds of events means an ebb and flow of attendance from artists to artist, so more often than not everyone will get into the venue at some point.
ARE THERE DIGITAL TICKETS?
Pass holders: You may receive a digital confirmation for your purchase, but THIS IS NOT YOUR PASS. All passes will need to be picked up at the box office on site during the event.
Single ticketed events: If you have purchase a ticket to single show such as the East Coast Music Awards Presented by Rogers or the Songwriters' Circle, you will receive a digital ticket which is your valid ticket.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY PASS?
All event passes will be available for pick up at the main box office on site starting May 1, 2024. More details will be available closer to the event.
WHAT IS A "VIP TABLE"?
VIP Tables are the most glamorous way to experience the East Coast Music Awards Presented by Rogers. For $1000 +HST & Fees, you and 9 guests can be up close to the stage, walk the red carpet, and enjoy food and drink provided by our sponsors during the evening.

DO NOT purchase passes from 3rd parties – only purchase through the official ECMA ticketing website. Counterfeit tickets and passes will not be honoured and ECMA will not be responsible for the promotion or sale of counterfeit tickets and passes.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All ECMA Tickets and Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, transfers are available.

Industry Conference
WHEN CAN I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
Registration for the 2024 ECMA Industry Conference will begin in early 2024.
Don't forget that the Festival Pass does give you entry into all of the conference sessions. Earlybird prices are on now until January 31, 2024.
