Emma Chevarie, a prominent figure in Fredericton's music landscape for over 20 years, is the visionary founder of Music Runs Through It (est. 2012). Through her company, Emma has become a mainstay in the promotion of folk, roots, and singer/songwriter genres, showcasing a rich tapestry of talent ranging from emerging artists to established acts, both local and international. Her role extends beyond event promotion, serving as a CBC Live Music Columnist and a driving force on various online platforms. Emma's dedication to the music community is underscored by her leadership roles, including co-chairing the 2022 East Coast Music Awards and serving on the board of Fredericton Playhouse Inc. She received the 2022 Fredericton Arts Achievement Award and the 2023 Music Industry Professional of the Year from Music NB. Currently, Emma is expanding her influence into artist management and venue support with The MRTI Agency alongside Krista Touesnard and Rob Pinnock.
