Prior to SOCAN, Houtan was heavily involved in the live music space in Vancouver as a DJ and event producer, helping put on countless live music concerts and events in Vancouver. Through his time in the live music industry, Houtan was able to land a role with SOCAN and has now been with the company for nearly 3 years.
