Janet Larkman (she/her) is is Executive Director of King’s Theatre, a 220-seat historic venue in the Kespukwitk region of Mi’kma’ki/Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. She also serves as President of the the Atlantic Presenters Association, a network of performing arts presenters made up of multi-disciplinary organizations that connect artists and audiences. Offering a high-level of presentation technologies and a packed schedule of year-round programming in all genres, King’s Theatre is one of the busiest small theatres in Atlantic Canada. Janet has worked in community and the arts for the past 30 years, with a focus on diversity, community engagement, and the performing arts.
