Together with her clients music manager, Kat of KL Management has garnered accolades including MMVA Video of the Year, SOCAN #1 Awards, SOCAN Pop Song of the Year, and numerous platinum/gold singles having managed Juno Award winning and Billboard chart topping artists. She executive produced the scripted film "ALIVE", the cornerstone of an innovative campaign to promote Shawn Desman's album of the same name winning “Outstanding Short Film” at ReelWorld Film Awards, and garnering nominations including: “Best Youth Program/Series” and “Best Direction in Youth Program/Series” at the Canadian Screen Awards, “Best TV Drama Cinematography” at the Canadian Society of Cinematographers Awards, and “Best R&B/Soul Recording” at the JUNO Awards.

Kat serves on a number of boards including Manifesto, and Music Nova Scotia. She was an honouree on the global “Alternative Power 100 Music List 2020”, received the ANSMA Industry Development Award 2023, and Women in Music Honours Award in Career Achievement 2023.
