Minna Huuskonen has nearly 30 years of experience in various fields of music covering all genres. She has been employed by the Finnish Music Information Centre, Helsinki Festival, Kaustinen Folk Music Festival, Jazz Finland and the export office Music Finland. Minna has been a jury member for WOMEX and Jazzahead! and has held many confidential posts in the Finnish music industry. Minna established the internationally operating Minnamurra Music Management & Agency in 2013, presenting charismatic jazz, folk and world music artists. Scottish jewel Breabach, Norwegian folk rockers Gangar, fabulous Finnish fiddlers Teho., indigenous Sapmi artist Ánnámáret and afrobeat collective Helsinki-Cotonou Ensemble are some of the acts in the roster. Minna is also a concert producer, and she provides mentoring and consulting services. She is an active member in the international music community sitting in panels, giving presentations, and connecting people.
