Pearl Black is currently in her 10th year as Program Director at the Carleton Victoria Arts Council. CVArts is a volunteer run, non-profit organization dedicated to bringing live entertainment into western New Brunswick. While the 400 seat Weldon Matthews Theatre serves as home base for CVArts shows, we have also recently partnered with Second Wind Music Centre, allowing us to provide smaller, intimate settings for select shows and up and coming artists. Pearl spends her spare time volunteering in various capacities with other festivals and musical events within the Carleton/Victoria County area.
