Sarah Card is the Producer and Founder of the Bear Creek Folk Festival, whose annual festival runs mid-August in Grande Prairie, AB. Additionally, the society behind the fest and for which she also serves as Executive Director, presents concerts throughout the year. The festival features a wide range of artists from folk, celtic, bluegrass, blues, and gospel to country, rock, and many genres in between. It proudly presents talented emerging artists alongside more established names, with past performers including Sarah McLachlan, k.d. lang, Michael Franti, Steve Earle, and Feist, among others.
