Sue Urquhart is the Executive Director of the Canadian Association for the Performing Arts/Association canadienne des organismes artistiques (CAPACOA) serving the performing arts touring and presenting community through its commitment to integrating the performing arts into the lives of all Canadians.

She has more than 25 years of experience from a wide range of management positions in the performing arts. Sue was the former Director of Programming for PEI 2014 Inc., the organization responsible for the planning, promotion and implementation of the Sesquicentennial celebrations in PEI.

She was the first Executive Director of both the Atlantic Presenters Association, the regional presenting network of Atlantic Canada, and the Under the Spire Music Festival and is now the Chair and Volunteer Programming Coordinator for festival.
