The East Coast Music Association announces artists for 2024 SOCAN Songwriters Circle in Charlottetown, May 5

(Halifax, NS) – The East Coast Music Association is proud to announce a star-studded lineup of artists for the 2024 SOCAN Songwriters’ Circle at the Delta Prince Edward Confederation Ballroom in Charlottetown on Sunday, May 5 at 2:30 p.m. Closing out the ECMA festival, this show is an annual tradition that features a hand-crafted roster of East Coast songwriters whose music and lyrics have made an impact in the industry.

This year's Songwriters’ Circle will feature 2024 Award Show hosts Damhnait Doyle (NL) and Rose Cousins (PE) alongside Émilie Landry (NB), Kellie Loder (NL), Morgan Toney (CB), Reeny Smith (NS) and The East Pointers (PE).

“The Songwriters’ Circle is an integral part of the festival, and we are thrilled to showcase a diverse lineup of talent in Charlottetown this year,” says Anthony Carew, Membership & Special Projects Manager for ECMA. “This is a great opportunity for attendees to see a unique blend of discussion and performance from a prolific group of Atlantic Canadian musicians.”

Advance tickets for the 2024 SOCAN Songwriters Circle are on sale now for $40 (including taxes & fees) and are available HERE. If not sold out in advance, tickets will also be available at the door for a price of $45 (including taxes & fees).

Please note admission to the Songwriters’ Circle is a separate ticketed event and is NOT included with the ECMA Festival Pass.
