ECMA 2024 One-on-One Meeting Requests NOW OPEN!
The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) is delighted to present the 36th annual celebration of the East Coast Music Awards and the 22nd edition of the International Export Buyers Program in Charlottetown, PEI from May 1-5.
Over 100 international talent buyers from the United States, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Finland, France, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada will participate in the ECMA 2024 International Export Buyers Program. More delegates to be announced!
The ECMA 2024 international business marketplace offers a multitude of opportunities for our members and builds long term relationships with international and Canadian booking agents, presenters, promoters, festival and venue programmers, sync agents, film and music supervisors, publishers, showcasing events, labels and media from nine countries abroad.
The Export Buyers Program One-on-One Meeting Registration is now available HERE. These pre-scheduled 10 minute meetings will take place on Friday, May 3 & Saturday, May 4 from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (ADT) at the Delta Hotel (in the Bedeque/Cardigan/Hillsborough Rooms). Maximum of 18 meeting requests (per artist/representative).
The ‘Connect With The Experts: VIP One-on-One’s’ registration is now available HERE. These pre-arranged 10 minute meetings are with a large network of VIP delegates (presenters, festivals and venue programmers, agents, showcasing events, labels etc) and will take place on Friday, May 3 & Saturday, May 4 from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (ADT) at the Delta Hotel (in the Bedeque/Cardigan/Hillsborough Rooms). Maximum of 18 meeting requests (per artist/representative).

Please read and review all delegate bios/background information thoroughly before completing your ‘wish-list’ of one-on-one meetings requests, to ensure your selection of delegates are appropriate for your genre of music. Please select delegates that are reflective of your career goals and market development, taking into consideration location, genre, facts and history.
These pre-arranged 10 minute one-on-one meetings are open to ECMA members, export-ready and exporting artists, managers and company representatives.
Priority scheduling will be given to Export Buyers showcasing artists, award nominees and exporting artists and representatives. Conference registration is required.
Criteria:
• Professional web presence (website, bandcamp, etc);
• Social media presence (facebook, instagram, YouTube, twitter etc);
• Current release/and or have released at least one professionally manufactured recording;
• Professional marketing plan/ business plan;
• Must have demonstrated exporting experience/history/and or participated in an ECMA Export Readiness Training Workshop (offered online)
